Project Description
Arcadia Town Center is a 16,000 square foot neighborhood retail and business center on a 2.05 acre site in the Cinco Ranch subdivision in West Houston. The building was planned for multi-tenant leasing and designed to engage the pedestrian and suggest a small towns’ Main Street.

Professional Services
Schematic design through construction including architectural, structural, mechanical/electrical engineering and landscape/irrigation design services. Coordinated work with owner’s civil engineer.

Construction
Structural steel frame, membrane roofing on insulation board, concrete wall panels with brick and cast stone veneer, and storefront glazing.
