Project Description
The project is a 17,500 square foot two story office building designed on a two acre site in Westway Park, a Business Park in West Houston. The building is entirely occupied by the Houston Apartment Association. The building was designed to meet their needs with offices and conference rooms on the ground level and a state of the art education center on the second floor.

Professional Services
Schematic design through construction including architectural, civil, structural, mechanical/electrical engineering and landscaping/irrigation design services. The architectural services included interior design work.

Construction
Structural steel frame, metal roof deck and standing seam roof panels; metal stud framed exterior walls with plaster and stone veneer finishes.
