Project Description
The project is a 26 acre Recreational Vehicle Resort with a 8,000 square foot community building that houses restrooms/showers, hot tub, exercise room, game room, laundry room and Manager’s Office. The site has a swimming pool, playground, picnic areas and a 4 acre fishing pond surrounded by a walking path.

including architectural, structural, mechanical/electrical engineering.
Coordinated work with owner’s civil engineer and landscaping/irrigation designer.

Construction
Structural steel and heavy wood timber frame, standing seam metal roof over T&G wood deck, masonry with fiber cement siding stud walls and heavy butt glazed
windows.
