Bay Colony Town Center
The project is a 79,350 square foot two story fitness center/office shell designed to meet the needs of multiple tenants. Schematic design through construction including architectural, structural, mechanical/electrical engineering and landscaping/irrigation design services. Coordinated work with owner’s civil engineer.
