Renovations to Sugar Pine

Located along F.M. 1960 near Sugar Pine Dr, this renovation was designed to give the shopping center a modern look. The main structure of the building was left in place and only the facade was re-clad with a couple of different materials, e.i.f.s. and metal siding. The green fabric awning was also replaced with two different sunshades.
