Brazoria Lakes RV Resort

Located at 109 Stephen F. Austin Trail. Brazoria, Texas. The project is a 29 acre Recreational Vehicle Resort with a 4,800 square foot community building that houses restrooms/showers, exercise room, game room, laundry room and Manager’s Office.  The site has a swimming pool, picnic areas and a 5 acre fishing pond.

Our Professional Services included Schematic Design through Construction Admin.  including Architectural, Structural, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering.  Coordinated work with owner’s civil engineer, pool designer and landscaping/irrigation designer.

We have been fortunate to work with Quality RV Resorts on a total of 10 RV Resorts projects located around the Metro Houston area.
