Victory Lakes Town Center is a 750,000 square foot multi-building, retail and restaurant development occupying over 35 acres in League City, Texas. This development is home of several national retailers including Best Buy, JC Penney and Sports Authority.

Our Professional Services included schematic design through construction including architectural, structural, mechanical/electrical engineering and landscape/irrigation design services. Coordinated work with owner’s civil engineer.
