Lake View RV Resort

Located at 11991 Main Street. Houston, Texas. The project is a 26 acre Recreational Vehicle Resort with a 8,000 square foot community building that houses restrooms/showers, hot tub, exercise room, game room, laundry room and Manager’s Office. The site has a swimming pool, playground, walking track, picnic areas and a 4 acre fishing pond.

Our Professional Services included Schematic Design through Construction Admin. including Architectural, Structural, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering. Coordinated work with owner’s civil engineer, pool designer and landscaping/irrigation designer.

We have been fortunate to work with Quality RV Resorts on a total of 10 RV Resorts projects located around the Metro Houston area.
