Pollo Campero Restaurant Prototype

The free-standing restaurants have seating for 60-90 diners and feature an outdoor patio and drive-thru service.  This new prototype design concept for a Latin style chicken restaurant chain includes Central American Architectural flavor and is characterized graphically with a variety of materials and finishes with a strong bright color palette and irregular forms and shapes.
