Cardiff Ranch

Cardiff Ranch is a shopping center consisting of two building.  One building is 12,250 s.f. which contains multiple tenants and the other building is 15,000 s.f. which was designed with one tenant to take the entire building.  We worked closely with the tenant to incorporate their needs into the design.  Located in Fulshear, Texas these two buildings are a somewhat of an asymmetrical mirroring of each other, which ties them together as one cohesvie project.
